Why is anyone ordering to hit numbers in the first place? 30 percent increase over last year meaning even if you fall short by a mile revenue is gained over last year, but you don't get a bonus for it. Win-win on the company's part. That plus throwing 3 plus deliveries a day now because the DM want the highest cases per hour in the region with less payout means ordering just what the shelf needs going forward is all I'm gonna do.

So, do the FTOW's get any extra pay or a bigger bonus since they are controlling the order writing and driving sales? I'm sure the answer is no, given this company's history of doing more for less, just curious. I can assure you, if there is no incentive to send bigger loads and hit numbers, why would anyone do it? I'm just going to send out what I feel like working, which won't be very much.

Yes this change is by far the worse they have every made ! For every super territory that dose not have the support and again I mean you better hope you have veteran merchandisers that knows what they are doing and vacation reps that care I’ll be the first to tell you it’s a complete sh-t show !! It’s not working and will not work for the ones getting ready for mission. 1

No extra pay for taking on this monster route. They tried to say I wouldn't be working any harder, so no more money. My life is a complete living he-l with this new route, and these pos, incompetent merchandisers. I thought this company sucked bad before, this is the absolute worst change they've ever made. I've never had so many complaints from stores about stuff not getting done. I just keep giving them upper managements phone numbers. This is really unbelievable.

I would hate to be an RMS…it’s going to be 7/24 for those folks with less pay and lil promotability. But hey, what do they really do ALL week? A schedule? You have to be kidding…their life is fixing to be never ending with the new and improved merchandisers. Ha…glta

Yes…they said you are going to work twice as hard with less pay. Mid-Managers will be asleep/home even more while upper mgmt. will kick back in their chairs, smile and say “yes sir” to the CEO without having a clue as to the companies agenda. Upper mgmt. sucks…their all ROBOTIC! RMS’s are about to handle ALL the B.S. especially on the weekends since the Reps. will be spread too thin and their is no more admin. time. Make sure everyone in the field turns their phone off after hours and for the weekend….NO work is free! Technically speaking, the RMS is in charge of the merchandisers…let them handle every issue….I personally have better things to do then babysit!
