I have been completing 8 hours day, 3 to 4 days a week in the office weekly. Is this the average?

Fun fact: HY doesn't care how often you're in the office. It's just a tool to motivate people to quit. If it doesn't, it doesn't, and they move on to the next tactic. How many days you are or are not in office is irrelevant to them. They keep their eye on the prize, which is getting rid of you. They'll find a way, eventually.
