Anyone noticed the LCAs in the career section for visa applications?
It’s funny that they are letting people go every month and in parallel they’re also putting up ads for visas.
For those who are not aware, if you see name of immigration person in the Recruiter space, then it means it’s not a real job. It’s just an application for visa.

@a7 - Welcome to my world. I am a US citizen by birth and have experienced the same for almost a decade now at this company. Along with 2 percent merit increases or less regardless of how hard I worked and contributed to this company. They better get trained quickly in brown nosing and protecting those above them because that is the only thing that will get you promoted at this company. "They’ll get stuck in a role where management won’t promote them or let them move to new location."
Then it becomes indentured servitude for person who comes over. Yes they want to come to America but then they don’t realize what’s in store after they start working here. They’ll get stuck in a role where management won’t promote them or let them move to new location.
