No but if you want it then tell your leader somehow and they can add you over others if they are planning. That's the indirect way

If they don’t explicitly offer it to you first, why would they pay you to quit?
@a1 I’d be happy to leave with severance, retirement, 10 years of advanced bonus, some stock, and bills paid for life. We have the same odds of that happening.
Let your manager know.
