Hi. I have searched this site and haven't been able to find this answer. If your severance ends in the middle of the month, do your benefits continue through the end of that month? Or do they switch off at the exact time the severance ends?

As the earlier poster informed, benefits end the last day of the month in which your severance ends. Then you may be eligible for COBRA.
It’s all in the package. Take the file, input into ChatGPT and ask it questions. Don’t trust the answer though, ask what page it’s on as it misses page numbers badly.
I’m in the 60 day and just checked again. We keep most everything except the ability to contribute to the 401K. We keep medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA (excluding daycare & commuter), ARAG, etc, plus the bank sponsored basic term life insurance and critical illness insurance through the severance period.
@a7 except, your 401K automatic payments stop at the end of your 60 day non working period.
Where does it say that WF-funded life insurance ends after notice period?
And - It appears the only benefit you lose as soon as you're off Notice period is the WF-funded life insurance, and any additional optional life you were purchasing. Medical, dental, vision, etc., continue through Severance.
Benefits end at the end of the month of when your severance ends.
