Who else has to do this and reply withing 30 seconds and keep two different policies straight and then at the end of the chat they get to score you and you get written up if you get anything below 10. Where did this metric come from? Who ever made this up never had to do it.

Really six people at once how can they do it?
It's attrition. Gradually decreasing the workforce by making employees miserable so they will quit, no need then for a layoff. So very sad.

I have always wondered why the crazy higher up who implemented the crazy idea why they don't try to do it for a week prior to rolling it out.
Leadership says the Filipinos can do it. They are faster, hardworking and follow directions to the Tee.
We sunk so deep, and it will be worse. There is ai pilot project that is in works, not to replace you buy to enable u handle six members at the time. I cannot stand this place.
