Nike used to mean pride, now it’s just controversies and layoffs. I do the bare minimum while planning my exit. Sad way to end a career, but they ki-led my motivation long ago.

People like you are ki-ling the company. Just Go
I was in same place that you were but 30 years ago. LOL
I was stressed out, unsure, not nice or distant to people that mattered etc.
A year after I quit, I personally said to myself that well it is good that I left that place because I was making just as much as money as Nike with half the stress.
And lasted another 25 years in the industry for well rounded 40 years.
I went into company 4 years before EH with big hopes and goals and like many people, came out with hopes dashed and disappointed.
I just want to say that when you quit Nike is not the end but just beginning of next chapter!!!!
You just need to detox it and get out of the dark world
I hope that many in this site can see parallel with my story because most people are in same trajectory.
thank you for your service. now move aside. time to make way for more motivated employees.
