Genuine question. I’m still around because I haven’t found anything better that matches the pay. That’s it. If it weren’t for the paycheck, I’d be long gone. I can’t stand my job here.

For me it is all about the money.
I think a lot of people feel the same. Pay isn’t great so many would leave the moment they found a better offer. The biggest problem I see for Fiserv is the lack of advancement opportunities and zero real bonus structure means there is no reason to stay thinking it will get better.
Heck, I took a 10% pay cut to leave, I was so desperate to get out.
Just took a job with more money and less PTO but probably worth it in the long run!! So excited to be gone from this company
