I work in C&S. We are working overtime right now. They have announced that they will not be hiring any new people. We had a few people leave after the voluntary layoff incentive happened. I find it hard to believe that they would end c&s because they just spent several million dollars to updated our computer system so that it has a bunch of AI in it. If they were going to get out of the C&S business why would they spend millions to update our system? I have been there for nearly 20 years so I think that I am safe if they have a layoff. They would probably lay off people with less seniority first.

The don't want you to quit before you're laid off, but it's going to be brutal with millions of fewer Medicaid members and the eligibility work doubling among other things.
