Of course. They are a significant part of the T workforce.
Super cheap. Work ethic questionable. Google Soham Parekh. No wonder this company is circling the drain. We have a few teammates in Mexico and Philippines - you have to basically do their jobs for them. Had one send me a spreadsheet where half of it was in Spanish and executive level facing. Had to politely ask him to resend in English. Cheap and stupid.
