They had to let everyone wfh in Berkeley Heights. The amount of harassment and discrimination that has been reported and then ignored is astonishing. OSHA is on their way

OCDA is on the way!
OSHA doesn’t investigate these things. They only deal with Occupational Safety and Health. So if you are going to make stuff up, at least know what you are talking about.
Didn't OSHA get launched into the sun along with USAID?
Sounds to me like this manner of hiring is 100% inline with the death of DEI. We don't need diversity in groups. Right?
Mike Lyons take a good look at Higgins org
@cq I noticed that too. I’m not sure if this is legal, especially Fiserv is a USA company.
@cg There have been 5 lawsuits filed there in 2025. Check your facts. Fiserv is doing everything they can think of to cover it all up. It’s a big embarrassment for the company and everyone who works there. Fiserv’s reputation was never good but this is irreparable.
Are you saying the Fiserv is hiring people based on a protected class? That managers are making hiring decisions based upon Country of Origin? If that was happening then Fiserv could find itself in legal jeopardy. Someone should look into that. Every job applicant could sue Fiserv for discrimination based on a protected class.
I doubt anyone actually coming, but if Mike or anyone from the new leadership is reading this- here's my two cents. Take a look at the org charts. You'll notice something wierd : under some SVPs/VPs who happen to be of Indian nationality, their entire teams are also 100% Indian. Right here in the USA. That's not just odd - it's hard to believe that the only country magically produces all the "qualified" talent for certain areas. And surprise, surprise, the head of that department is also from there.
No one is talking about it and I find it kind of wild. Whether is straight-up discrimination, or just an appearance of it, it's not a good look.
Plus I know groups like that- where they stick to Indian workplace culture, and the boss treats people like 2nd class citizens. The folks desperate to keep their visa status don't speak up, even when they are being treated in ways that don't feel like anyone in the great U.S. of A. should be treated. Mike, it's your turn.
@c3 OP doesn't know jack sh-t. He or she like most of the drones in the building that complain for a living.
Just wondering how you would know about harassment and discrimination reports at BH. I guess HR would make sense, but I've always known them to pretty tight lipped. Any details? Not trying to call you out, just curious.
OSHA is not coming.....
