Thread regarding USAA layoffs

What is Up with Fraud Leadership? Extremely rude

Have had the displeasure of working with the Fraud department and there’s a level of ego I’ve never seen.

You can tell them they’re wrong, they’ll do paperwork to show that they’re right over every tiny thing.

Overpromising, underdelivering. Initially they seemed like nice, pleasant people. But once hiring ended, it’s like the true colors have been shown.

If "they" can prove their process in writing, then what is the complaint. It may be time to listen, watch and learn instead of telling "them" that they are wrong. Just a thought.....

No matter who USAA hires to ensure this company becomes compliant, the company will disregard every option midway through. It will always be "the USAA way" every time. Fail and fail again. I guess they are hoping that regulations will be pushed aside for the short term over the next few years so they can continue with their preferred id--tic ways.

Is this in reference to Bank Fraud Ops or Bank Fraud IT?

Bank employees saying "This is the year we're putting our compliance issues behind us" - an annual tradition since 2018.

USAA "bank" is literally the worst people I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. A failing institution with mo--ns in it that needs to be sold asap.
