I'm so tired of working until midnight to fix leadership’s last-minute "urgent" request with all the recognition coming in a way of a Slack thumbs-up. Yeah, real meaningful. Maybe if recognition wasn’t a godda-n afterthought, people wouldn’t be polishing their resumes.
