When your boss says your team is “like family” that means you’re fully entitled to shout out loud “You’re not my real mom!!!!!!!” and... dramatically storm off whenever they ask you to do something.

Humana is a family with a ton of scapegoats and a few boot licking golden children. The father, Humana top leaders, are oppressive, abusive, cheating, over spenders, who deny anything beyond basics to their family. The mothers, low level leaders, are power hungry and lick the boots of the abusive husband, hoping he will throw her a few scraps. The children, the workers, are just pathetic souls trapped in a no-win situation of an abusive father, and non-protective mother, just waiting to "age out" and jump ship. They will eventually need mental health services due to the trauma inflicted by the family. Yeahhhhhhh, welcome to the "family."
