Hearing rumblings of IHX layoffs, any updates?

IHX representatives are told to lie. IHX are punished if they don't make their numbers. If a customer won't let you enter their home, it's because the IHX doesn't have the skill set necessary to perform their job. IHX gets disciplined for following the company's policies. AT&T takes pride in replacing the IHX representative because they aren't a cultural fit. It's not based on their ability to do their job; it's based on the sole discretion of their manager. IHX is constantly micro-managed, and if they use the restroom without notifying their manager, they will be ostracized and berated.
Hate saying this but if this is true, it's a step in the right direction. I've truly never met an IHX rep that I felt was ethical or trustworthy -it's as if the worst retail rep and the worst channel alliance solution partner had a baby. So many poor business practices that their management either condones or ignores.
Anyone know how many AD ISM and SSL were affected?

IHX or “in home escalations” as we called em, before I quit toxic T has always been a mass problem creating group! I hope they all get fired!
The installers do the work so AT&T gets paid. IHX wants the customers Pin so they can activate the router. Don’t give it to them and they’ll get fired. So sorry IHX..,
