So as i understand it in the IHX group if someone moves locations they have to apply and become bargain. Why would IHX force me to another locations and two other people but keep us reporting to current locations so we don’t have to become union?

Just going by your question as I interpret it, but you being moved to another location does not have anything to do with being Union. At the current moment, you are either mgmt or Union. If you were forced transferred to another location-that does not change your status. Either way, contact your Union to get the correct answers because it sounds like mgmt is informing you incorrectly and or you just have bad information.

Your questions and concerns are wholly negated by your title and role.
The existence of IHX is fleeting and nothing more than a temporary tamp-n used to fill a bleeding gap in our business model. It is also true that the delicate genius that conceived this beggars role is no longer with the company. Do yourself a favor and worry about your immediate schedule and paycheck. The rest is just mirrors and smoked sausage.
