V is a joke... Old style retail model... All these stores, Business model and reps useless as well... Lay these folks off and build stock value!
@10r lol don’t worry kool aid drinkers aren’t immune to layoffs. God I still remember the one that was crying when they got axed.
@nq with the way your reply sounds, it doesn't seem you need to be here either. Sounds like a good opportunity to axe a kool-aid drinker.
@nf that's your fault for not maximizing the opportunity for sales, even if they come in for billing, tech, trade ins you messed up by not opening the account and leading them to promotions perks VHI may be you are not meant to be in sales
The stores are busy, constant " csr service told me to come here"(on countless issues we can't fix) and constant " the reseller down the street told me to come here". Also "can you help me with bill payment machine ," I don't have to check in I bought my phone online etc and I'm dropping off my trade in" (with find my iPhone on and device either not charged and or erased)
@k8 finally someone who has sense. Even if your store is slow there's VZ Engage and every one who walks in there's an opportunity
My store has 12 sales reps and 3 managers and we run about a 2 hour wait most days. And to say stores are empty is funny
@hp that's an issue of where you don't pull up their accounts and see if HPU, VHI, and add a line opportunity

Meanwhile VZ is now irrelevant... I can't imagine why people stay when other firms have equal or better service? Oh wait, the 30 year olds living in parents basement like free movies that comes with it! Just rediculous. Retail stores are empty... Non corp stores empty! How the heck can this keep going?
Unioŋs are like onions. Too many layers. Currently the union agreement is till 2026 and you can slice and dice onions without layers
