I feel like they want me to wear more flair. I’m not wearing enough flair.
Their obsession with AI is rather creepy. No doubt they think that they could probably layoff at least 25% of the employees due to AI.
They bought the shiny new tool without first thinking whether it was useful or not. Now you're going to find it usefult or else!
To prove that the company can save time hence capacity and hence reduce humans working.
So they can have another thing to keep your salary down in performance reviews.
