AVP opening. No bachelors degree required. This should be a very interesting new hire given that all of the technical jobs reporting to the AVP require a bachelors, with a masters degree preferred. Can’t wait to see who they hire. The posting is probably just a formality though. Nothing to see here, right little J.

I heard there's a conflict brewing about this between Baich and Legg. Legg wants someone with a political science degree and Baich wants someone from AIG or Wells Fargo.

Probably just hiring someone to serve as a VP scapegoat when the s- hits the fan.
The rest of the org is filled with managers being stuffed into positions they aren't qualified for, why not throw another layer of bullsh-t in there to help with the smoke & mirrors.

Sad, but 100% true!! The current Officer and VP’s are perfect examples of soulless soldiers. Just following whatever orders that are given to them, no matter how repugnant or absurd they are.
It’s all about PowerPoints at that level anyways. More important to be able to speak and present than actually know anything about that which they manage. I’m going to ditto probably some female, late 20s, 30s - easy on the eyes. Seems to be who gets promoted anymore.
