Funny how the justifications never ever apply to executives. It's only the downtrodden huddled masses that are good for a tax break or "efficiency". I'm sure the sq ft cost and employee cost in Salem is about the same as NYC. Right? 😐

it's called a sunk cost. they have offloaded plenty of building the last few years,many of which for pennies on the dollar. it's about getting it off the books then taking a write-off on any losses. we make billions a quarter, loosing a billion on some real estate isn't going to make a difference.
