I’ve already had several wash transactions this month. I researched and found they were all BYOD+ devices. Then I checked and the upgrades still show the promotions . Also had a customer come in upset because they called CS and were told they didn’t need to keep the new line active so of course they disconnected it. After all the line isn’t actually “ free “ there are taxes on it. Even though this is disclosed customers still like to call CS and “Punjab” AKA “ Steven” doesn’t know the promotion we ran so of course the new line is reversed. Finally if you run the upgrade normally with no trade the customers get the credit as long as they are on a My Plan. No trade required , no new line required. Just a joke of a promo.

@wn that's why videos needed to be uploaded on YouTube or social media
When do the scams and the lack of integrity ever stop all Verizon promotes is slamming stuff that customers don’t need whether it’s the fraudulent second number fraudulent one talk mobile app now this. Why is this place not being investigated. And the agents are worse all they do is fraud truly no integrity whatsoever.
Verizon is complicit to corruption and fraud. You can't be proud of a company or it's leaders when this is the way they want to treat their customers. Verizon can't be trusted.
The VZ Champions will get this all sorted
is wallstreet going to be so stupid to think that we grew the business buy free lines that no one uses?? Granted tmo has been doing this for years.
The OP is 100% accurate with every statement they made. There is no clause in the BYOD + that states customer is locked into the new line for 36 months or they lose upgrade promo. I don’t exactly understand why since most promotions require customers to stay on specific plans etc.
Can we expose this terrible lack of integrity company to Wall Street to make Hans and Sampath? Let's hurt them where it hurts the most... Their pockets and the investors
Several mother trucking customers came into da store and yelled at me saying why the F do I have these numbers and activation fees and bill high
Is this a set up??????? Never doing this cr-p again F BYOD minus
@a4+1jymekeg3 That would be the d-mbest response ever heard on here. Its a company promotion thats being advertised in every channel. The point the OP was making is that the BYOD is not nesscessary to keep the non trade in part of the promo. This has nothing to do with slamming or exploiting its an ACTUAL offer being heavily advertised.
That is what happens when you sell to only the benefit of you and not your customer.
