I was pretty critical of the old leadership, but have decided that I have to give the new leadership 12 months. So far I think the changes they are making are headed in the right direction. What are your thoughts?

100% agree Sales or any quota carrying group should not be reporting to FIG, they should report to sales! FIG and their SLT’s have been hindering sales since they took over. Sales/RM roles are now just a dumping ground for meaningless FIG SLT mandates that take away from people actually being able to sell our products and close deals. Also the new deal desk is a joke they’ve never even done renewal work they are x rfp teams who are clueless! Sadly most sales/rms teams will not stick around waiting for change when their livelihood is being decimated. Especially since they could go to competitors and actually be able to SELL and not be bogged down by busy work and endless intake forms.
Mike needs to pull Sales from the business. Current Business Leaders have no clue how to run sales. No vision for the future. Like new direction and shift towards a more positive sales and relationship management culture but client facing peeps keep getting hammered when the product leaders can’t get anything to work and break promises of innovation.
Leadership going in right direction BUT Lots of damage to undo. Sales in complete rebuild. Lost a lot of talent. Can’t sell over all the lost clients.
If the tech, imps and service aren’t corrected then the company will not grow.
Looking quickly through the list of 400+ impacted the majority appear to be remote along with a random selection of positions at different sites. It's not only full teams being affected, but parts of teams.

you are crazy --- sales leader kozuda has no experience, marketing leader is woke, gibbons is terrible, too many extra layers - HR tech vie chariman hanging around ,,, terrrible is my view Mike needs a complete overhaul is my view
Ask the clients! There is no vision.... and it will take a long time to get people in here that can do this. Not the 22 people we have on MC which are Frank's hand selected
