D9 doesn’t deserve it, they waited until D3 went on strike and used them for leverage without any skin in the game. Holding signs up at work and wearing red shirts while your brothers & sisters were on strike, wasn’t cool. D9 contract expired months before D3. Cali light weights

They are definitely offering VSP plus 50k in D3 and D6. Maybe D9 is more expensive per person.
