Anyone got any insights on the plan?
We will lose just 300ish spaces for the new parking garage. They could had told one team to do remote. Why all?
PS: I am happy about remote but dont see it impacting a lot. Just 1 day forced remote /week is what I anticipate

Fu--ing incompetence from facilities lmfao..I might as well move my a-s back to my adopted home town if it looks like I cannot be in the BH office consistently
We are losing 300+ spaces for the garage but we’re already short nearly 1500 spaces for the number of employees in the office at Berkeley Heights, meaning we will not have spaces for roughly 1800 employees. You might have missed the fact that Berkeley Heights lost the spillover parking at 300/400 and that Nokia wasn’t feasible either. There isn’t “one” team at this facility that has 1800 employees, hence the need to rotate all teams.
