The board is doing such a great job. Day in and day out they work their behinds off for the benefit of the customers, the shareholders and the employees.
The employees should really, really thank the board. Let us collect ideas how to do this!

Here is another one I just had.
We take vacation and work anyway. Cool, eh?
We could not use OwnSAP or company cars, so money is saved and the board is happy.
Or we can pay our business trips out of our own pockets.
Any further ideas?
SAP board just scored big in the employee survey. The gratitude and respect are there. Increasing the board bonus is well deserved.
