The Humana Pathways laid off a lot of Service Coordinators this past Monday. Only offered a 60 day severance pay. What a horrible company who only cares about money for themselves. They don’t care about the members or the employees

@2ar This is quite good severance compared to other payors. When I was let go from 2 other companies in the past it was no notice, and 1 week of severance for every year worked.
60 day notice. No less than 4 weeks of severance pay. 2 more weeks for each additional year service.
@f0 60 day notice then two week severance for every year. Standard severance. Might have to work the 60 days but maybe not.
