Don't expect 100%. Your objectives are now relative to your peers. Those working on what is deemed important will get 100%+. There will be many who met their objectives who won't see 100%. On top of that, If your people leader was separated or retired, you will not have an advocate in the comp planning process.

Does it matter? They just make up the number anyway, like this year’s fiasco 135% for mid mgr up and 50% for LL6 and below pe-on$

Your AICP depends on which Ford company you work for. Blue, Model E, Pro. We are not all getting the same.
