Don't expect 100%. Your objectives are now relative to your peers. Those working on what is deemed important will get 100%+. There will be many who met their objectives who won't see 100%. On top of that, If your people leader was separated or retired, you will not have an advocate in the comp planning process.
Does it matter? They just make up the number anyway, like this year’s fiasco 135% for mid mgr up and 50% for LL6 and below pe-on$
Mid-level salary who does all the work is likely to get screwed again.
Those of us who were terminated will get a portion of the ACIP but would not get any emails.
Why not share it publicly? Bonus is on track for “above plan”. Didn’t you know? We’re on a roll.
Please keep those of us who were let go earlier this year in the loop, as we still get partial payments for this years’ bonus paid next year…thx.
Your AICP depends on which Ford company you work for. Blue, Model E, Pro. We are not all getting the same.
AICP information should not be shared publicly. Anyone affected already has that email.
AICP status email was sent last week, and it was "above plan".
