The company has been attacking it's employees since 2019.
The famous line from HR was "we've over invested in our employees," without actually capturing the raw problem of a broken board of directors that Wayne leveraged to buy a few yachts.
This company has lost it's way, and anyone looking for hope in this forum would frankly be better suited to prepare for their next adventure.
