Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Complete Ridiculousness

I know the descriptions and examples on this forum may seem like an exaggeration to an outsider, They are NOT.

Every Teammate and Contractor who has ever worked here knows it completely ridiculous what goes on and is directed by any manager and "leader".

MOE put it on full display. I would be hard pressed to say that EL hasn't been trying to promote and bring out the worst qualities in people.

This isn't the nature of business or high level corporate competition, it is an experiment to deliberately make the worst and wrong decisions at every level to achieve a complete void.

People with good connections are the ones that were promoted. Worst thing is these people aren’t even good leaders. They are bullies with below average programming or managerial skills, they just got promoted because they have been here forever and built connections. It is a mafia. Everyone knows one another and gossip behind the scenes.

This is more like a description of our whole country now. look at the current administration, then reflect back on the bank again.

Looks like someone is not living “to inspire and build better lives and communities”; but never mind, I guess it means those lives are Truist Executives, and those communities are just those of EL hahahaha
