Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Is this definitely the new WFH policy company-wide?

two weeks of non-occasional wfh time. Our SVP and HR confirmed together that provided your performance is where it needs to be, you can take up to two weeks in a row of time to wfh in a location of your choice. The location must meet JSOC requirements. Otherwise occasional wfh days are still permitted.

It’s a gift to the Indians when they go back to the fatherland.

It seems like a bit of a nothing policy. But getting rid of sapience is huge so the focus should be on that imo.

For someone like me who already works remote full-time, I never even thought twice about working from another US location, such as a relative’s house or a trip to the beach.

But now I can also work up to 10 days from a foreign country so that’s a bonus!

Absolutely fake! The 2 weeks from anywhere are additional to your wfh options. Please check in with your HR rep for clarification.

Pathetic? It's a complete 180 from the FB days. It's a small gesture and has some conditions but FB would never allow this.
This is a positive to me.

It appears to be, yes. It’s pathetic.
