I’m already on my third. It’s ridiculous how this place has become a revolving door for managers. And it’s always someone from outside who steps in, never anyone who actually wants the role or is good at it. I just don’t get what the people running this place are thinking.

I had twelve so-called “managers” in ten years. Only two were what I would consider true leaders, the others were just passing through or had zero ability to manage or lead. I was happy to get out of that dumpster fire when I did. FB ruined the leadership, morale, sustainability and any shred of hope we had for a happy workplace.
Until the company gets rid of some of the legacy dead weight with horrible attitudes, managers will continue to come and go. At the low wages paid by Fiserv, no good manager is going to stay in that environment.
What is this manager thing you speak about?
You all have managers still? Do you not just report to your director at this point? We cycle through managers like toilet paper.
