Seems like an un-necessary layer. Mike your MC is so bloated with cost and people, time to reduce C-Suite expenses and hire some more sales people and engineers.

I can't ever remember a CEO leaving a company and seeing everyone so happy he left. frankieB has left the building.
We do NOT need more sales people. The fact we are struggling to meet targets has nothing to do with the people selling, it’s treatment clients get once they are no longer being sold to. Honestly we could probably cut our sales force in half and out the money into account management, technical account management, and client solutions architects and have a MUCH happier client base.
@b6 I don't disagree. He is a good person, and if I had to pick any organization on the MC to be in, it is his, but his whole thing is stock price. "We are the same company yesterday that we are today." He keeps telling himself that because i'm sure the portfolio took a hit, but it doesn't resonate with the people on the ground who are on the ground doing the work of 3 people or those who need to park 10 minutes away and those who are leaving for greener pastures-- many in his organization over the last several weeks from key spots.
That said, Frank, that evil ba----d who is too short to have a Napoleonic complex left a lot of shady deals in place- look at BH where he and the Connell family made a deal and now Fiserv is getting F'd on parking spots and in KC now where the Royals are going to extort money from us to build a facility there.
Unlike most of the Frank mafia, Adam is a genuinely good person who is good at what he does. There are a lot of problems at this place but he isn’t one of them.
O/T but AI does the role of most upper/middle management better than it can do anything else. Best to leverage it for maximum cost savings.
You know how many lawsuits there are right now? He’s busy I assure you.
They need him. Fiserv has so many employee based lawsuits right now
