Is there a dress code anymore? I was down in Coral a few weeks ago and saw a few guys wearing shorts and sandals.

Offices AND departments have different unwritten dress codes. Just saw a guy in sweatpants and a t-shirt like last week in Milwaukee. Probably a developer.
Reminds me of the old CheckFree Dublin days. Oh man, did we know how to dress down. I showed up in Norcross wearing my usual Dublin attire and was told it wasn't acceptable down there. Yeah, well, it's all I brought.
Corduroy jorts.
There is one but it is very limited and nobody will touch dress code violations and there are plenty!! You can dress down and still maintain a balance of professionalism. Some people just want to cause themselves some attention. "Look at me! Nobody will dare say a thing or I will report them for treating me unfair!!"
Zero divided by zero.
@dm What is the relation between managers who care about real performance and employees who are about real performance.
Who cares if they’re not client-facing? I’ve worked at other tech companies, and they didn’t even have a dress code. This company needs to focus more on recruiting and keeping high performing employees and less on sh-t that doesn’t even matter.
Maybe the ladies can wear bikini tops!
I saw it in bldg 2 also
Tuesdays are T-shirt and Thongs.
What is wrong with shorts and sandals?
Why do you care?
Dude don’t rat people out
The only few that I see that dress like that at Coral is the dude who rides the maintenance golf cart. I don't know who else OP see dressed like that.
Shorts and sandals ARE the Florida dress code.
