Whatever genius thought removing Callan for this imbecile is responsible for what happens next. Five9 will erode more and more and bleed talent. Whether its folks leaving on their own or the good people he removed that were a breath of fresh air- much of his disastrous work can’t be undone. He must have just been the cheapest option- like he literally has no idea how anything actually works in our industry, portfolio or seemingly at a legitimate company. He is embarrassing the company/brand more than anyone

Everyone is saying this, and yet this fool still continues to be there. Anyone have a timeline? I am on the product team and work under his cronies, I really want him and his incompetent buddies out asap. They have 0 direction and are sc--wing up ongoing workstreams.
