what was the cause to have this people leader conversation meeting today?

It was a bullfest so much bullcr-p said.They say one thing like we support you and want you to grow but actions are who can we eliminate next. They talked and blew smoke up each other's as--s.
I mean stop making job postings dor a friend and wasting people time that apply, really 3 or 5 day postings. I mean this is basically the inline promotio, that chrome dome talked against. Then also internal candidates should get priority of external if do want people to grow. There are so many things wrong with CVS. OH YEAH JUNE IS MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MINTH CVS NOT JUST LGBT CR-P MENTIONED IN EVERY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT
I think on the recent feedback survey most people said they trusted their immediate manager but said they did not trust CVS higher-level leadership. That may have been an additional reason for this call because how to gain trust was a topic of a couple of the convos.
Looks like another meeting for mid-year review and cultural building
