It’s such a train wreck - that contract to a famous 3rd party isn’t going to help - same thing happened in 2008 and that took 10 years to ‘fix’

So many people who are actually good leaving - and the ones left get to manage sluggish at best resources. It’s not an effective efficiency plan!
