Pros and Cons of staying vs leaving. Last few years the raises are so small. Who can get ahead with 2.5% raise once a year and hard to move up... but vacation time from a European company is nice and very flexible working life. Who knows... GOod luck. I was let go last Oct and my last day is July 31st. Training my Pune replacement now

I'm sorry d3. I've been there. It is really difficult. I am not going to minimize what you are going through. I sincerely hope you bounce back soon and in a much less toxic environment. Good luck to you and everyone else affected!

Chevron is going through notifications this week and their board is hopping compared to ours. For those of us dismayed at what bp has become - head on over there to see a reaaally toxic culture. Makes me think bp might not be so bad after all.

No spot for me. I’m just thinking now if I want to apply for something within BP or just move on. This just isn’t the BP I originally joined 13 years ago.
