I have been with this company for a long time and never before have I heard so many people wishing to be cut.
What are the reasons why there are more of them now than ever?
That should be a thing of concern to any true leader.

I ran into an Oracle employee at the airport once. Remarked that they worked there. They said they worked there a few decades and wanted to be cut.
I imagine he’s one of thousands.

Not sure Oracle has any true leaders.
This current group of middle management is the worst and most corrupt. After the election. there will be quite few fired not laid off. They have taken advantage of Oracle for the last time and the joke just might be on them.
The interesting part is they are going to tell on each other. The one that will be most famous is the one orchestrated the fraudulent patents scheme.
