This place (GT and D&AI specifically) is a dumpster fire. The bad culture breeds bad leaders who make bad decisions. All the leaders practice self-preservation and act only in self interest. Given they have been in the same roles through multiple layoffs because there is no defined value add strategy maybe they should be held accountable, not the people working to making a difference.
