Yes! Have you not seen the HR bots running around with their hair on fire or locked in rooms all day with “do not enter confidential HR work” stuck to the door…? (Just check out SC).

The big one is coming, EH needs his reset and he is running out of time. Wellness week (Before or after) is the timing, 10% is the haircut although it will be even more from the functions they sacrifice to rebuild sales. They should just take more from Tech and IDSA, no one would even notice they are so bloated and wasteful

There’s been 3 rounds of layoffs in the past year and there have been silent layoffs for even longer. Yes there will be more layoffs. It’s all tied to the stock price. All they care about are shareholders. If the stock price goes up you’ll be safe but if it goes down be ready for more cuts until it starts going back up.

You won’t get to the financial goals by tech alone. Every SLT member will have to make tough choices.
