Word is out if you are not assigned a parking spot at the new location, you are out of luck. Blue Line or Metro transit is the only way in.

Huh? What are you talking about? Doesn't Eagan have like 700 parking spaces for an expected day to day population of a few hundred? Certainly seems like there will be more parking spaces than people.
Also blue line doesn't really get you anywhere close to Eagan.
