So I am fairly new and taking my first vacation this month for 5 days, now how many "new phone lines" does that cover for when getting to the 1.3 mark? I believe this month it was like 58 new lines to hit 1.3

@OP take your bucket and divide it by 22 working days. You will get your daily bucket target. Multiply that daily bucket target by how many vacation days you have taken (5) and you’ll get the bucket amount for your quota relief. Repeat the same process for your new line target.
