And this will continue to happen until we have bare bones left here and everything has been moved overseas. That's our future. Even if you were spared this round, time to start looking for something new is now.

@ba that tale is nothing new, it is as core to Nike Tech as is Jordan's to Nike whole. The string of failures are blamed on the tool, and enter yet another tool with yet another bunch of vendors and yet another bunch of kickbacks and bloat. No one looks at the competency of the personnel about which less said the better. Because it is layered all the way to the top.
@ac All the AI tools fell flat around me. Bunch of Sr Dirs begging their teams to come up with a success story they could tell. We couldn’t even fake one. However, we have exchanged 10% of our workforce from NA to ITC every year for the last 4 years. Mostly because there is no accountability for failed outcomes. Accountant driven leadership is ki-ling this company.
@aw what a d-mb fu--ing statement, written by a mo--n who hasn’t read a book in 20 years. fight on arm chair warrior. fight on
Say it with me… Nike is not an information technology company. We should be outsourcing every IT thing we can and focus on what we’re good at: marketing and selling shoes.
When Nike was founded, they imported shoes from Japan, so was there ever a time when they didn't outsource? Have they been outsourcing all the time since they were founded!
Fu-k this company. FU-K THEM!!! Lets get the fu-k out. But… This just works if we are together!!!
Overseas is overrated. Stop spreading the hate. It's AI taking your jobs. How else do you think is the budget for copilot justified?
@OP Isn’t this the case everywhere else too ?
