FY25 year-end process

So, one receives the email about what to expect coming to prepare for upcoming performance conversations with your manager.

Is this to everyone, regardless of whether they are being kept on, just to keep up appearances? Or did HR send this out only to people who will still be employed by later in June?

The HR Tech person that is responsible for the performance rewards and alert configuration might have been part of the layoff list yesterday.. they are human too..

I go it too! Almost had a mini heart attack to see an email from Nike HR... Until I read the content . HR clearly not reading the room!
