Ford is overstaffed by 20% - that would mean mass layoffs are coming- it’s just a matter of when.

It's coming....
@c4 Why are backup cameras such a big problem for Ford? Perhaps they should not install them in the grille?
Fine wine? Or is it fine whine? Nothing beats a bottle of Mad Dog 20/20. Oh, so fine! Must be an LL3 or above.
Can't open a box of cereal? So those are they guys that sit next to me in the cafeteria and try to eat their cereal with a fork. I think they are from the design group or are Bill's advisors.
Well, I have a big beautiful supervisor. More like a box of wine.
Wait for the stock market drop , when Ford stock goes to 4$.
"the LL6 supervisor ages like wine, not bread. "
The self absorbed LL6's like some of the LL5's are useless and couldn't solve opening up a cereal box.
Look no further than Billy and Jimmy d-mb as a bunch of rocks.

71 recalls for the year btw
Almost to 100!!! Brilliant!!!!
Bill and Henry like it when people HUM on their JOBS! That is the Fastrack to the top!
Look for hiring in Ford growth areas, not "mass layoffs".
There are openings right now in Model e and other HTHD areas.
@br WYM BY NAIL ON THE HEAD
🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
In my opinion, the LL6 supervisor ages like wine, not bread. They are the tireless workhorses who have kept the Ford enterprise humming since the days of Henry Ford. If we are don't support them, they will leave. Then, we won't have the LL6;s to kick around any more. I am thinking of putting in a suggestion to have buttons made for all salaried employees, which read, "Support The LL6", in recognition for how important this cog is to our machine.
@c4 same sh-t reposted over and over again, aren’t you glad 90% of those will be fixed with ota update?
Can ICE deport the software?
This is truly amazing. What's up Ford? Why are backup cameras such a problem? This about the 4th time now. This is the kind of thing younfire engineers over - bad software. Sure you fire executives when architectures fail spectacularly like we just had. But we didnt. Bad software on a million cars....you fire the engineers who wrote it or ding the suppliers if that's the case.
Whatever happens is for our own good!
@b6 You actually HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD! Theoretically there should NOT have to be ANY NVA (Non-value add) managers or salaried people in an assembly process if all operators are trained and educated in well-designed systems/activities such as Design, QC, labor management, scheduling, etc. The more managers and supervisors that need to be in plant operations just means that the overall operating systems was not optimally designed. The Sales and Marketing groups would be at a minimum as well.
Entrepreneurial ecosystem my a-s
Well, we can start at the sr leadership level on down to LL5 as we have triple what our competition has. Then all the LL6 people hired in off the street with no experience that weigh like a ball and chain because they are essentially useless to help fix the hot SRD mess Hackett made. Need to lean on the internal talent that brought the company back from the brink of bankruptcy last time. Awwwwe we won't do that because it makes too much sense and is contrary to the hate your older experienced workforce age discriminating strategies.
SYNCing ship.
If you’re at all familiar with Ford, overstaffed does not equal mass layoffs. Maybe it should, but that’s not how Ford rolls.
Ford massive recall today.
