Any have any insight as to what exactly this is? It looks to be something to do with AI and customer service. It is it a reformatting of the IVR? or something else entirely. From what I can tell its an all hands on deck project that may be dropping 6/24? Really just guessing based on slack posts I can see.

All I know is that when stuff like this drops it breaks systems and we are left with call dumps and utterly confused PSOs.
624 is the date 6/24. Not sure what it is all about but call routing could be it. Probably more busy work trying to fix basic problems that could be solved by hiring more US workers versus overseas workers that have no idea how to help customers.
It's a nothing burger.
