This was due to performance, not RTO.
" In that senior role, you want someone who’s a thought-leader, can positively command a room, whose people drive to be better and actually achieve, and doesn’t manage by fear, RTO cuts, and no funding. He FAILED miserably at all of that."
You just described what all of AT&T's leaders seem to be lacking. Why just focus on one?! They all need to go, starting with the CEO.
T does not have those kinds of leaders, just yes men ready to throw their subordinates under the bus for another pay day
Won’t miss him. He was uninspiring. In that senior role, you want someone who’s a thought-leader, can positively command a room, whose people drive to be better and actually achieve, and doesn’t manage by fear, RTO cuts, and no funding. He FAILED miserably at all of that. I only heard cheers and sighs of relief from his former team today.
Who’s the next “leader” that gets an unceremonious one-line goodbye?
COBC violations.
Mike was fired.
Someone spill the tea. What's the real reason for his departure?
