Feel bad for the real talent. I don't understand why do they hire without actual background checks all the way to the country of origin.

Because the people with real degrees and real nowledge either got let go for "costing" too much, or had already left to a company that treats them like an adult hahahaha
Totally Agree.. I share the 'Same Demographics" ( you know what I mean ), and I am Sick and Tired of these bad/unethical/cheating at all fronts.. folks coming from where I am from.. I have been in Atlanta for 30+ years.. with Fiserv 20+ years... my stomach churns when I know what this current generation is up to... fake degrees, fake experience, fraudulent garage based H1 sponsoring companies..
Tell me what is not fake.. Who is exactly following the STEM visa rules as it provisions a long-term practical training after Master's without paying Social Security taxes etc..
How the damn USCIS is approving H1 visas without checking if those candidates followed the prior ( F1/STEM ) visa rules?
"Use ChatGPT" in interviews, someone else does the phone interview. etc.. the damn unethical list goes on and on.. I am too sick of this and quit this profession altogether prior to Covid.
Sad to know that Fiserv doesn't care any ethics.. these folks continue to get what they want from Fiserv while more ethical/hard working folks were forced to leave.
It has to be all the LinkedIn certifications they post. Hey everyone, I received this LinkedIn sponsored certification! Seems more like participation awards to me and not worthy of posting as an accomplishment.
