Yeah, RTO honestly su-ks. First it’s three days a week, and soon it will be five,
just because “other companies are doing it.” On top of that, we’re now expected to badge in and out so they can track how many hours we’re physically there. eventually they will
Rif is for not staying in the office for 9 hours.
They are increasing the number of work stations so you know they went everyone in full time. They will ask us to take PTO if we want to leave early from the office.
It wasn’t even like this before the pandemic so why now.

First we get hit with weak bonuses, then mandatory office returns, and now time-tracking

Morale is crashing harder than healthcare insurance stocks. Culture was awesome here once upon a time.

But let’s be real, it feels like a way to make people quit so they can avoid paying severance or bonuses. And honestly, it’s working. People are leaving for remote roles or just something better. Time to move on to better pastures and maybe come back when things ever change .

This company is clearly not headed in the right direction and they continuously make bad decisions that sh-t on it’s providers, members, and the employees that make it go.

It looks like a new policy is set every year, will everyone be RTO 3 days next year?

Obviously not that great. When I looked at the Pulse article posted today, it’s the first time I’ve seen negative comments. It’s not anonymous so we can see who said what. I bet those people get riffed next round.
